This disclaimer applies to any and all services provided by Leila Madeline - including 1-1 consults, tarot readings, astrology readings, and services rendered inside the REWILDING community space.

Intended use of information

We provide information about the intersection of Spiritual and Esoteric philosophy, somatic reclamation, and decolonial praxis.

While we make every effort to make sure all information provided is accurate and informative, the information does not take the place of professional or medical advice.

Do not use our information:

  • to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease
  • for therapeutic purposes
  • as a substitute for the advice of a health professional.

We do not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by use of the information provided in our website.

The information may include the views or recommendations of third parties and does not necessarily reflect the views of Leila Madeline or indicate a commitment to a particular course of action.

Quality of information

We make every effort to provide quality information in our consults, and as part of our group containers. However we do not provide any guarantees, and assume no legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, currency or completeness of the information.

If in doubt, you should obtain advice relevant to your particular circumstances from a relevant health professional.

Mutual agreements

By booking a one-on-one consult of any kind, you agree that it is a drug/alcohol free container, and that to attend any 1-1 sessions, you must be sober for the duration. 

By booking a one-on-one consult of any kind, you agree that it is a transformational process, & that feeling resistance and tension is a normal experience. By booking, you agree not to run, but to lean into this experience. You acknowledge that this is where I will experience my deepest growth.

You acknowledge that these processes may bring up deep emotional release, physical tensions and traumas. You acknowledge that you are consenting to this process and knowing this, are responsible for your choice to enter the container.

You understand that any and all information provided by you as a client is confidential and will not be shared with any outside party, unless required by law.

You understand that the work done inside of the container you are co-creating with Leila is powerful and you acknowledge the importance to clear your schedule of busyness so that there is space for healing & integration to take place, where possible.

You agree to create a private and sacred space for the zoom sessions, without others in the room (small children exempt)

You agree to confidentiality & to not take screenshots of any zoom sessions. You agree to not share the teachings/recordings of this work with anyone outside of the co-created container without Leila's express consent.

You acknowledge that the therapy activities in which you will engage as part of the treatment provided by Leila have risks.

By your participation in the work, and any and all activities conducted pertaining to the container, you hereby assume all risks and all responsibility for any loss or damage.

You voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Therapy Provider and their representatives, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, actions or losses which may arise out of the work.

You agree to cooperate fully, to participate in all therapy procedures, and to comply with the plan of care as it is established.

If you have any medical conditions, you have consulted with your physician to make sure that any physical therapy is appropriate for you to participate in.

You understand that for this work to have the kind of impact it needs to, sometimes more time is required. You agree to be open to the conversation around deepening this work over a longer period of time (if necessary), while always trusting the Yes and No of your own body.

You understand that you are bound by the terms of your payment plan, and that if for any reason you choose to leave the space or otherwise do not complete the work/training provided inside the container, you are obliged to see your payment plan fulfilled in its entirety, unless other arrangements have been made. You understand that you are called to honour your Yes, and that no refunds will be given for any reason. 

You understand that once booked, no refunds will be given for any 1-1 consults of any kind.
